In the payment system, fees are already added with VAT.

The quota reserved for JUNIOR scholars is for students, Ph.D. students/candidates, postdoc, research fellows. The SENIOR quota is for fixed-term and tenure-track researchers/assistant professor, associate professors and full professors.

CSEAR members are defined as scholars in good standing on the dates of the conference. From Monday 2 September, the validity of the CSEAR membership for those who have taken advantage of the reduced CSEAR member fee will be checked, and in the case of non-compliant registrations, the additional registration fee will be charged in order to attend the conference.
